Audrey Jean (Brunk) Love

Audrey Jean Love, 87, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020 at H.S.Co Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis.

The daughter of Carrol and Margaret (Stark) Brunk, she was born April 15, 1933 in Worland, Wyoming.

In 1949 she married John Blakesley.  Five children were born to that union.  The couple later divorced.  On April 28, 1967, Audrey married Virgil Ray Love in Cody, Wyoming.

For 30 years Audrey was a cook at Canyon Hills Manor until she retired  at the age of 75.  She enjoyed being with family, playing cards, playing games and was an avid Word Search player.  She attended the Risen Son Southern Baptist Church.

Family cherishing her memory include her children, Jay (Colleen) Blakesley and Emory (Debbie) Blakesley, both of Thermopolis, Lynn (Wes) Paschall of Upton, WY, Becky Lawyer and Jackie (Dave) Shaffer, both of Casper; brother, Robert Brunk of Basin; twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and twelve great, great grands.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years; sons, Lonnie Blakesley and Melvin Love; son –in-law, Elden Lawyer and brother, Charles Brunk.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2020, 11:00 AM at Monument Hill Cemetery.
