Douglas Raymond DeSeyn, 59, passed away suddenly Friday, March 1, 2019 at his residence in Thermopolis, Wyoming.
Doug was born in 1959 in Richmond, Virginia, one of three children of Robert and Sally Jo (Newberry) DeSeyn. Following high school he attended four years of college.
In 1985 he married Rosemary Forsea in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The couple and their family later moved to Wyoming where Doug became a Safety Inspector in the oil field, the most recent being Embridge Energy.
Doug was a tinkerer and loved old cars.
Family cherishing his memory include his wife, Rose, of 34 years; daughters, Jessie (Riley) Watson of Lyman, WY and Bailey (Ryan) Harris of Mineral City, Ohio; brother, Robert (Debbie) DeSeyn Jr of Sugarcreek, Ohio and sister, Karen (Tom) Clayson of Red Lodge, MT; and two grandchildren, Vander Harris and Asher Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
