Douglas "Doug" Saley Obituary

Douglas John “Doug” Saley, 79, passed away January 27, 2021 at Hot Springs Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis after a period of failing health.

Born August 25, 1941 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, he was the son of Edward and Jacqueline (Jungwirth) Saley.

Doug was a Cable TV Tech, working 26 years for Bresnan, and known throughout the region of Wyoming when he moved to Thermopolis in the 1980”s.

On December 12, 1999 he married Laura G. King in Thermopolis. Doug enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, assembling wooden puzzles and doing Dot to Dot puzzles. He was a member of Sam’s Club.

Survivors include his wife, Laura, of 21 years, stepdaughter, Melanie and two granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
