Frank Lee Walker passed away on December 17, 2023 in Thermopolis.
Frank was born in Thermopolis, WY, on April 30, 1929. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many.
Everywhere he went, he made an impact on people. Frank's legacy and number one goal in life was sharing Christ with others and making sure they were going to heaven. He was kind, humble, easy to talk with, and had a great sense of humor. Even up until his final days, he was sharing the name of Jesus with all he came in contact with and made a lasting impression on those he met.
Frank was a Korean War veteran, a pastor, a hotel owner, builder, Bible teacher, Chaplain of a Christian school, shop teacher, and counselor to many. His loss here on earth is felt by many but heaven is rejoicing to have one of its greatest servants home.
He is survived by his children Janet Jesse (Roger), Daniel Walker (Terri), Candy Anderson (Tim), his sister Toots (102 years old), his nephew/adopted son Drew Baumner, his niece Joan whom he considered a sister, 6 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Thermopolis.
