Henry Lee Peden
Thermopolis resident, Henry Lee Peden, 42, died suddenly April 6, 2022 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
He was born April 22, 1979 in Buffalo, Wyoming, one of five children of Dale, Sr. and Loreta (Oster) Peden. Henry was raised and educated in Rozet, Wyoming. He came to Thermopolis in 2004 while working in the oil fields. For the past year he had been employed by Easy ‘n Quick as a truck driver.
A kind, charismatic, helpful and wonderful parent, he never knew a stranger and had time for anyone. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and snow mobiling. Henry will be remembered for his ever-present smile.
Those cherishing his memory are his children, Jacob Blair, Witni Blair, both of Thermopolis, Milton Peden, of Douglas, Deven Blair of Texas, and Natalya Blair and Myracle Snooks of Casper; brothers, Dale, Jr, Billy and Cecil Peden; sister, Wendy; and thirteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, BrynnLey Blair.
A Celebration of Henry’s life will be Wednesday, April 20, 2022, 10:30 AM at Mortimore Funeral Home with a reception to follow at Community Federated Church Hall.
