Irene Bruckner, 76, went home Saturday, August 6, 2022 to be with her Lord Jesus Christ after a long struggle with illness. She died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her brother, Skip Nethaway; her three sons, Lyle David Derrico, Joseph (Tonja) Lyle Casciato and Walter (Shauna) Delbert Bruckner; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle J. and Thelma (Marcellus) Robinson and her son, Christopher L. Bruckner.
In Irene’s younger years she was an active member of the Eagle’s Auxiliary. Throughout her life she enjoyed motorcycle riding, square dancing, horses, crocheting and arts and crafts. A lover of animals, she especially loved dogs and had a dog grooming business. A strong woman, she devoted her life to her family and will be missed. We shall see her again on Resurrection Day!
Graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Friday, August 26, 10:00 AM at the grave of Lyle and Thelma Robinson.
