Jo Portlock Obituary

Jo Ann Portlock, 73, passed away Friday, August 06, 2021 at Hot Springs Health in Thermopolis.

Born September 14, 1947 in Pavillion, Wyoming, she was the daughter of Jack and Jessie (Ferguson) Manley.

On July 10, 1965, she married Harold Dee Portlock in Riverton, Wyoming. Jo Ann worked as a secretary and teacher’s aide in the education industry. The couple moved to Thermopolis in 2010.
