Lilly May Seaton was born on May 31, 1936, to James and Dorothy Dockery Willis. She was raised at Hamilton Dome with her brothers, Charles (Kay); Robert (Kitty) of Upton; James (Linda) of Cody; and her sister, Isabel Fisher.
After graduating from Hot Springs County High School in 1954, Lilly attended Colorado Teacher’s College in Greely. She started teaching in Colorado Springs but spent most of her career teaching in Hot Springs County at Hamilton Dome, Thermopolis, and Lucerne. She loved to travel the world, study the Bible, and be around family and friends.
Lilly was married to Everett Seaton until his death in 2020. She is survived by her aunt, Nita Ramsey of Thermopolis, two daughters, Billie Lou (Mark) McCord of Tucson, Arizona, and Tracey Kinnaman of Thermopolis, five grandchildren, and 12 great- grandchildren.
Lilly was preceded in death by her husband; parents; older brother, Charles; sister, Isabelle; and nieces, Rebecca Fisher and Christol Acinger.
Funeral services with be held at First Baptist Church in Thermopolis on November 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
