Richard Earl Abbot, 82, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness where he had been a resident the past three years.
Born March 30, 1940 in Riverton, WY, he was one of six children of Alva Earl and Opal Lois (Fike) Abbott. He attended schools in Grass Creek and Thermopolis.
He was employed as a construction worker until retirement.
In the 1970’s he married Mary Alice. The couple later divorced.
Richard enjoyed riding motorcycles.
