Viona "Vi" Bledsoe, 86, passed on October 26, 2022, at Banner Wyoming Medical Center. She was born April 10, 1936 in Pittsburg Pennsylvania, the daughter of Marian and Mary Howser.
After high school, Vi married her love Everett D. Bledsoe on September 6, 1952 in Louisville Kentucky. To this union was born seven children. The family moved to Thermopolis in 1971 and lived there for about 38 years before moving to Casper WY. After 55 years of a loving marriage Everett suddenly passed away.
Her interests consisted of gardening, baking, gambling, playing bingo, and kicking all her families butts in cards. She loved with every inch of her body and her smile always lit up the room.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 6 brothers; 4 sisters; husband Everett; her son Bill; and 4 grandchildren.
Survivors include 6 children; Steve, Vernice, Michael, Patty, Roger and Loretta; sister, Dorothy; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside service of remembrance will be Tuesday November 1 at 2pm at Riverside Cemetery. A dinner will follow afterwards starting right after services located at VFW.
